WAH & YAY!!!

Ok, before I complain about how much it sucks to be stuck inside with a sick human, I just want to say yay. A great big fat yay.

Because last night when I made my human check to make sure our/your new gallery thing was working, and I saw all of you in there, it made me go yay in a really huge way. LIke this:

YAY!!!!!

But bigger. Seeing so much
happiness and love and cuteness all in one place made my human really warm and fuzzy (and a little leaky too - no idea why). It also made her feel way better than anything the stupid people-vet is doing, so mega thanks for that.

My wah isn't as big as my yay, so maybe I'll just skip it. But I'll be thinking of you all today when I'm staring at the stupid TV wishing I was outside. Even though my human's been letting me watch Animal Planet and It's Me or the Dog is a pretty good show, I wasn't born to be a couch pug.

(little wah)

Since I don't have my own thumbs, I haven't been able to talk back to you the past few days. But everyone's comments are totally keeping me company so keep on talking without me. If anyone has a favorite TV show, please let me know. I think I've already seen everything on Animal Planet at least twice :(

Sorry to hear your human isn't feeling well. I've only seen few episodes of that dog show, but my human mom watches the Food Network a lot. I mean A LOT. I really can't complain because everything she makes from it my human dad gives me a taste.

I know that you're human's thumbs don't work that well in the kitchen, but maybe if she watched a few food shows she can learn!

Still waiting for my humans to pick a picture to put on the gallery...

Oh no Puglet...stuck inside again. I feel so sad for your human, she must really be sick. I've never been too sick to go out so don't really know what that is like, but sure hope she gets better soon!

I know you watch Animal Planet alot, and that's a good station but, National Geographic channel has some good animal stuff on it too sometimes...I saw a really cool one with polar bears recently that had tiny cameras hidden in snow and stuff to watch how they lived and migrated. It doesn't sound cool but it was, you might want to try that station too.

Oooooooh. I totally forgot about that FOod channel. I bet watching food is WAY better than watching animals.

Thanks Mookie!!

Hi Puglet,
It's Coco and Chili again. Our blogger is acting up because it's not letting us sign in. Either that or our human did something to the computer and can't figure out how to undo it.
Anyway, so sorry your human is sick! We hope she feels better soon. Chili barks at the TV whenever Snooki is on from that show Jersey Shore. I don't know if this means he loves her or loves to hate her. I don't think my human likes that show too much because we don't watch it very often. Our human makes us watch a LOT of the Real Housewives series. I think our TV is permanently stuck on Bravo.

XOXO,
Coco

Hi Puglet,

When I was sick I watched the Food Network a lot--nothing ever bad happens on the Food Network so it makes you feel better when you're all icky and stuff. Maybe you can catch a CUPCAKE show. They're the best! Sending lots of good juju to you, your human and Dutch.

My human mama loves to watch Man vs Food. Human dad says, mama could beat the Adam guy, cuz she eats like pugs (whatever that is). But she goes out and run 5 miles every other day. She tried to take us for her run, uh... it lasted 1/4 block. Pugs are not for your running partner, mama...get over it.

I so love your friends pictures. Your friends are all so "super" cute. And tell your human, we cotinue sending her our magical juju.

Oh, yes...Food Network! Pug, you will start salivating for sure. I love my snuggle time like any pug would, but I can get my fill of TV too. Sorry you've been couped up, but we hope your human rests up so she's better than ever and can take you (and Dutch) on super cool adventures!
Love,
Payton

Your poor mom! I know how it is to have sick 'rents in the house. Sucks!!
I recommend all the shows with judges in them. Lots of yelling! Problem with food network??? YOU DON"T GET TO EAT ANY OF IT! That's bullsnit!!
Maybe there's a ANTM marathon on Bravo, I know our moms love that show.
I still have to send you a picture of me, but I have to settle on just one.

Oh Puglet, I can understand the little wah about not being able to go outside when you human is sick. Weezer can't go outside much when it rains and he and greyhound Sydney are not happy campers on those days. I hope your human feels better soon...

We're so sorry your mom isn't feeling well enough to take you outside. It's the burden you must bear to keep your human well enough to feed you daily. Besides, it's nice and warm inside. This weather is weird.

Hi Puglet. My humans don't get to watch Animal Planet- I bark myself inside out whenever I see any animal on tv. Maybe they should have asked Victoria Stillwell how to fix THAT! They watch Nurse Jackie and Modern Family each week. At least there are no animals on those shows so I can watch too.

Hi Puglet,

We sent over our photos yesterday. We'll have to go over and see all the others.

My hu-mom watches a lot of HGTV. House stuff. She can't watch Animal Planet because MACK barks his head off at ANY animal and sometimes babies!

Hope your mom feels better soon.

Drools and licks,

Hi Puglet!
There used to be a show on Animal Planet called "From Underdog to Wonder Dog". It was about dogs that were up for adoption or having troubles with their humans, and they were rehabilitated into awesome companions. It was a GREAT show, but I don't know if it is still on.

Hi Puglet, Really sorry your Mom is under the weather and you and Dutch are stuck inside. We're sending puggle prayers and magic ju-ju for a speedy recovery for your Hu-mom and a change of scenery for you and Dutch. If we're all stuck inside for too long, we start getting destructive .... that's what Mom calls it. We call it having puggle fun!

Tell your Mom that when my Mom gets sick she drinks hot tea with honey and a shake or two of cinnamon. We never had it but it sure smells good. Well Roxi lapped it out of her cup on the night stand once …..Mom got very angry!

When Mom is sick she likes to watch DVD’s. Her favorite movie is called Dirty Dancing. We like Homeward Bound and Balto. Human Dad likes Terminator movies, but Mom says they’re band from our house now.

Keep your spirits up and maybe there’ll be extra cookies and SPAM for you in a few days.

Mom’s gona try to get pictures of us by that big thing of water they call the ocean. Oh my goodness, I don’t know about that. I’m not a fan of the waves. She might have to give me one of my funny pills

I think you should watch the movie "101 Dalmations". You could bark at all the dogs barking and Dutch could watch all his spotted look-alikes. Something for both of you while you are stuck inside...

Hi Puglet,
When my human gets sick, we're on the sofa watching TCM (Turner Classic Movies). For some reason ginger tea and sappy black & white movies make her feel better.

Otherwise, we tend to watch BNN (Business Network News - boring!), the Travel Channel (only good when they do restaurants), HGTV (yuck - decorating crap) & the Food Network (love the bbq shows!). And some Animal Planet but only the pet & baby animal programs; shows with critters getting eaten are a strict no-no.

I'm sending super-concentrated get well juju & beagle love so you guys can get off the couch and back outside, enjoying sun & sky.

Puglet! Our picture isn't in the flickr photo gallery! We submitted a picture awhile back for the last picture collection! Do we need to resubmit one??
We watch boring tv! Nothing too exciting but we love it when a show comes on with crying babies because it makes our heads tilt like crazy!
Let us know what to do about the pictures!

Like Sammy and Neko, I LOVE Man vs Food. Adam eats almost as much as I do!!!! You should try watching that, but it might make you hungry.....

HI Pug,

Hope your Human feels better really soon. I love watching the Food network! Sometimes, the Discovery/Animal planet, but she has to make sure it's Pug friendly.

Hugs,

I hope your momma gets better soon, Puglet. I don't get to watch TV because I try to chase after everything on the screen - especially horses and dogs. My dad has been trying to watch "The Thin Man" for a week now but keeps getting interrupted because I can't help barking at the main characters' fox terrier! Instead he had to watch some Rick Steve's Europe on hulu. It was totally boring - nothing to chase and some nerdy guy babbling about drinking wine in some French chateau. Apparently humans like to do that. Silly humans. Love, Sid.

P.S. The friends gallery is awesome!
