GUILTY

Have you ever done something really bad and blamed it on someone else? Well, yesterday I did. Or at least I tried to, but I totally got caught. And now I'm in major trouble and kinda feel really bad about it.

It happened yesterday. My human was filming more Top Secret Stuff and I got stuck in the car for most of it - again. I was kinda mad about this and also super bored and slightly hungry, so I decided to break out of the dog pod and, uh, explore the front seat.

The front seat of Mazda is a No Dog Zone. I know this. My human even put stupid metal bars between the dog pod and the front seat to remind us. But when there are bags of tasty snacks lying all over the No Dog Zone and I'm stuck in the car watching Dutch pose for Nikon, rules will be broken...

And so yesterday I broke into the No Dog Zone and stuff got eaten. And by stuff I mean an entire mega-sized bag of salmon Omegas, half a bag of Stella+Chewy's canine crunch and two ginormous carrots. It all tasted so good, I totally couldn't stop eating.

By the time my human came back to the car, I was back in the pod with Frank. My human's brain has been supergimpy lately so I was hoping she wouldn't notice all the missing snacks. And she might not have - except I totally forgot to get rid of the evidence.

Yeah. I was so excited about the food, I totally forgot about the stupid bags. Which meant my human was double mad: once mad about the missing food, and twice mad about the huge mess of chewed up bags. I hate making my human mad, so I did what any pug with a chubby friend would do and blamed it all on Frank.

I almost got away with it too, until my belly freaked out about halfway through the interrogation. All those treats I ate wanted OUT of my belly. And I guess the fastest way out was the same way stuff goes in because I yakked up a big pile of fishy smelling puke right in front of my human. No blaming Frank for that.

Totally busted :/

TODAY IS SPECIAL!
Happy days to Meatball in Winston-Salen, NC and also to Gweneth + Lucy (not sure where). I don't think I'll be getting any treats for awhile, so please eat lots of cookies for Gweneth, Lacy + Meatball!

You are my idol. You can break out of pods, through barriers, open bags of treats, back through a barrier, and back into the pod.

Hope you're feeling better.

Pug, first of all I hope you are feeling better, but if you ask me, you were only acting out because of the incredible amount of sadness and hurt feelings you feel over not being a bigger part of the TSS. And really, that is totally your human's fault, so can she blame you for all that, um, "snacking"? I think not! (Hope that helps to get you out of the dog house a bit, Pug.)
Love,
Payton

Gross, Puglet... but I know how that goes.
Did you puke in the car or at least out side??

Either way, eeeewwwww.

Hey everybody!

I'm feeling better, but kinda sad the Omegas left my belly like that. They were so much tastier on the way down :/

Luckily me + Frank had a weigh off *before* I broke into the No Dog Zone. That's coming later this week. As punishment for yesterdays snack attack, my human says I have to give away some treats to whoever guesses our weights. Sad for me, but supergood for one of you :)

Pug-

Glad you are feeling better.

You should have told your human that Frank MADE you do it. That's what I do, I blame my cat brother (who totally is a bully) every time I get in trouble. My daddy totally falls for it, but my mom is totally catching on....

Dude....you hit the jackpot! I love those omega treats (mom has me on a new fish diet-yum!) and you got to eat the whole bag?? I have like one maybe two in a whole day!! I'm sorry they chose to come back that way vs. the other way (ahem). At least you got some of them in you, that's super awesome.
I'm not too smart, I would have blamed Dutch even though he was with your human and Nikon. Did you try to orb your way out of it? That seems to work for me when I get in trouble. Frank should have taken one for the team....just saying.

Puglet,
That yakkin thing gives it away every time. I got into the kitchen cabinet (before mom put a baby lock on it) I ate a one pound bag of yam snacks, a pound bag of Charlie Bears and 1/2 a pig ear.

The evidence was the bags under the kitchen table, my stomach the size of a melon and what came out the back end later in the day.

Was it worth it YOU BETCHA....rock on Puglet, rock on !

Eli - the biggest pug pig in the house and proud of it.

Happy day to Meatball,Gweneth and Lucy

Puglet you are good at hunting down that food but oh so bad at lying! Glad you are feeling better but can't blame ya for what ya did and for what ya tried to get away with...it's hard being locked up in a car when everyone else is doing something special...especially when Dutch is doing it! Not right..not right at all!

Happy day to Meatball, love that name and Lucy and Gweneth!

Puglet,
Blaming your chubby friend for the missing treats was a genius idea but too bad about puking up the evidence. You'll have better luck next time if you pace yourself.

Eli, Way to go dude - what a heist!

Happy day Meatball, Gweneth & Lucy! In keeping with today's theme, I'll try to steal something extra tasty just for you guys.

Puglet when will you ever learn that MODERATION is the key to getting away with things like noshing on contraband. Sorry you got busted but HEY FRANK HOW ABOUT HELPING A FRIEND OUT! What'd he do? Jimmy until her was absolved?
I did a no no this weekend as well and ended up JAILED for a WHOLE hour. My Mommy was eating pistachios and one slipped out of her hand SHELL AND ALL! It was slightly open so it had an edge to it. I snagged it and downed it before she could say "HEY!" About Midnight I was totally feeling it and my tummy was groaning as well. A call to the EMERGENCY CLINIC calmed my Mommy down but not my tummy. JAILED WITH A TUMMY ACHE was punishment enough.

Puglet Baconator Extraordinare,

Pace yourself and learn to share. You're not a pig. You're Puglet Baconator Extraordinaire! Besides, your human can't punish all of you at the same time. That's what we do (share) and if caught, we scatter.

Sorry you had a tummy ache but it sure sounds like it was worth it.

Happy day Meatball, Gweneth & Lucy!

Happy Day to Meatball, Gweneth & Lucy!!!

Poor Pug, your human shouldn't be holding out on you & excluding you from the T.S.S.!!! Doesn't she know the world revolves around us Pugs. I 'accidentally' pooped on the floor yesterday, mom was mad, but then 2 minutes later after cleaning up after me, she was all lovey dovey and totally forget what I just did....you have to get her back under your spell!

Wow. I never knew there were so many ways to avoid getting in trouble. Too bad most of them involve an accomplice. Frank went home last night and Dutch is perfect. He never does anything wrong.

Noodles -

Ooooh no. Sorry about the pistachio scare. Glad you're feeling better. Luckily I'm not a huge fan of those things!

Hi Puglet,
I am glad your tummy is better - from a pug's perspective it might have been worth the trouble. You are quite some pug!

The worst I have done so far is going through my mum's handbags, searching for treats and I am always lucky. You can kind of count on my mum! She never leaves the house without me, treats and bags for certain pug eventualities. Other than that, I am not into salad and veggies which is about all I could find here. How very sad.

Anyway, I love your story and never mind blaming it on Frank. Very wise, although you should learn how to make evidence disappear.

Congratulations and a happy day to Meatball, Gweneth and Lucy! I had some treats for all of you in the park.

Hummm....didn't Dutch eat a cube of butter once...just saying, he is not THAT perfect! (but he very handsome, not as much as you, but that is a pretty high standard).

Oh yeah - I forgot all about the butter incident! I totally have to remember that next time my human doesn't believe Mr. Perfect Dutch did something.

You were so close to getting away with it especially with the ingenius idea to tear the side of the bag, leaving the top to appear still unopened. Sorry you got sick though.
Happy day to Meatball, Gweneth & Lucy!
