I haven't seen my human in FOUR whole days. And even though she didn't exactly leave me and Dutch home alone, she still left us. The labs and The Man and the House of Meat was superfun in the beginning, but now we just want our human back. Well, Dutch says he wants to stay at the House of Meat - but I don't think he means it.

I'm can't wait until my human to comes home tomorrow. And even though I *know* she's going to put me on a scale - and when she sees my "after" weight, tell me I won't be getting treats for the next 2 years - I can't wait for her to be back.

PS: I'm really glad you all have stayed with me while she's been gone.

Oh... Puglet... hang in there... she'll be home tomorrow! Can't wait to hear about the homecoming. I hope the scale is good to you so you don't lose your treats... and, of course, we would never abandon you and your blog.

Puglet and Brother Dutch, You have both been very brave while your mommy has had to go out of town, I'm sure that will get you at least one treat right? I'm sure she's missing you more than you can imagine...and you'll get so many hugs and kisses when she gets back. I know mom always gets me a little present when she goes away...something about Italian guilt. Maybe you'll get a new treat or something.

My mom says I am to thin that I can have some extra treats. When she gives them to me I won't eat all of them and I will hide'm and save them for you. Two years without treats sounds really bad. She also visited with Bambi and Bufords mom over the weekend and brought home bullie sticks!!

Get back on the bouncy thing. Your human will reward your enthusiastic commitment with a tasty treat! Or try looking very sad and pathetic. Give her your best "you don't love me anymore because you went away and now that you're back, you won't feed me" look. One of these will work. Maybe try both.
And as Lilo and Spencer said, we would never abandon you. We dogs are loyal bunch: once a friend, always a friend.

We wouldn't desert ya, Puglet! And I'm sure your human misses you just as much, too!

Oh Puglet, that is about the most innocent-looking face I've seen you make. Keep it up and when your human comes home in one day she'll be putty in your hands. It's the perfect questioning face-not too much, not too little.

Hi Puglet...I bet your human is homesick not seeing you and Dutch! She'll be home soon and I the she will bring you presents...chewy presents. I ate over a pound of treats on Friday and boy was I sick. My human still hasn't given me treats.. Make sure you lick your humans face lots when she gets home.
Eli...your Texas pug buddy.

Aw Puglet,
You and Dutch look so tender. I have a feeling the reunion with your human will be a massive love fest, filled with treats all around. If the scale doesn't say what you want, just choose healthier snacks. Mom says that's what she's always hearing.

Oh Puglet, it that face doesn't score you treats, your human just isn't human!!!!

Oh that face! we are not sure whether to laugh or cry. You do look ultra-pathetic, but in an extrasupercute way.
Puglet, us pugs gotta stick together, so when your human has to go, you can count on us. We are sure she'll bring you back some booty.

Your Human is probably just as lonely without you as you are without her. Our hearts are breaking just thinkin about what you're going through. We've been there, but we survived & you will to. We are keeping a positive outlook on the weight issue. Even if your weigh-in doesn't have the results you're looking for. There are plenty of figure friendly treats out there. Plus there are plenty of toys to play with that don't affect weight at all. It will all be okay.

Hang in there, buddy! We've got your back. Only a few more hours. Why don't you have a nice nap. That's how I make the time move faster!

Boy Puglet, you and Salinger could have quite the contest for the most tragic and sad looking face. I'm sorry you're missing your Mom so much. I can't wait to find out the surprise. Tell your Mom that she doesn't need to ban the treats; she just needs to spend tons of time with you, hiking and swimming.
