HOUSE HOG

Hi friends, Tiffy girl here. I know this is The Pug's blog and I am clearly not The Pug, but he is occupying my dad's lap so I think it's only fair that I get to occupy his blog.

The Pug and his human have been staying at my house and I suppose we've been having fun. Yesterday we hiked at my favorite nature preserve and today we took turns enjoying a bully stick.

The Pug is a pretty good sharer when it comes to bully sticks but not so much when it comes to laps. Being the giant moose that he is, there isn't much lap leftover once he occupies it but my mom says he can have anything he wants because he is a houseguest and I just live here.

Hmpf.

Tiffy, I love the disgusted face you are making in that picture!! And your pink blanket looks more comfy than a lap anyway.

Hi Tiffy,

You are adorable and very sweet to share your things (including laps) with Puglet.

Tiffy, you look very unhappy about the lap situation. We aren't that fond of guests either.

Tiffy,

You have every right to look indignant. Pugs should not have to share their human's lap. I am curious that you call Puglet "the giant moose". My humans call me "the moose" and since I hear that Puglet might be hanging with me in Portland I look forward to having a Moose-Off with him.

This just means when you go to Pug's house you have a lot of extra everything coming to you and HE just lives there. But give Pug a break he's really struggling with having to share his human with 999 other pugs and just needs some attention. (Phoebe says don't listen to Zoey. When it comes to laps it's prison yard rules; every pug for herself, cut or be cut... yeah, we think she's been watching too much tv . Plus Phoebe gets a lot of time-outs) Hang in there Tiffy.

Looks like you guys are both sharing. Him sharing his blog, and you sharing laps. Hope you guys are having fun together.

Lots of licks,

I don't like to share my lap space either so I feel your pain, especially my dad's lap. He gives the best scritches and sometimes his beard has good things hidden in it. I feel your pain!

Morning Tiffster!

Just think, Puglet is keeping your Dad's lap nice & warm for your turn. Also, since he is a "moose", you will seem super light to everyone so you'll probably get extra treats!!!

Hi Tiffy, love your blog! That look on your face is priceless, take puglet out in your beautiful yard and show him some poo - and all the laps will once again be yours.

Tiffy, you are so right. Pug took your lap and you have every right to take his blog! Your a great blogger and your cute. Pug may be good at sharing something are not so great at others, but it's not forever. He lucky to have friend like you and you should remind of that!

LOL! You have the stink eye perfected Tiffy! Puglet needs a little extra attention right now since his mommy is splitting time with 999 extra pugs! You are so good to share your humans with him, and it's only temporary :)

Hi Tiffy! It's awesome that you have hijacked Puglet's blog for a day. As for the lap issue. My solution to visiting pugs hogging MY humans's laps is to just lay on top of the visiting pug and call it a day. Or you could always crawl up on the back of the couch and be a shoulder-pug. The humans tell me they especially like it when I snore right in their ear while laying up there.
Good luck!

Sabrina

Hi Tiffy!

Jaco from Chicago here - I know the ears back face all to well (or I should say my humans know it well). But Puglet seems like a pretty swell dude, and he'll only be there for a little bit (I know, I don't even know what that means, everything always is forever, right?) I bet your dad likes Puglet but likes you on his lap even more! Pooches smooches! (and to the lovely Scoutie up there above me too) ~Jaco

Hi Pug and his readers. I am hoping you can send some JUJU to my dog, Reina. She is having a lung issue. We are hoping it is pneumonia and that the antibiotics take care of it and that it is not the C word. I know Daily Puglet juju has helped other dogs. Please send juju!
Thank you!

Yeah, I'd like to see pug hog my mama's lap, nobody sits on my mama's lap but me! Way to give him the stink-eye!

Geese Tif, you look very miffed! I don't blame you, if I were you, I'd do what I do to Brigitte and Wilma whenever they are in a lap that I am interested in occupying. I just stare them down, humph and puff, then I just go over and sit on top of them. That usually makes them move. I have a feeling that you are much nicer than me though, plus I am a big admirerer of Puglet, so I might have to cave in and be polite. That is what I know you will do. Plus, I bet once he is gone, you are going to really miss him. Best to be nice, so he'll want to come back!

Reina can have some of my juju, I got a lot this week after my surgery and I am feeling super good! I even played with my sister a little in the yard (shhh, don't tell my doctor). So anyway I am sending off my leftovers and I'm sure some other pugs can find some to share too.

Tiffy, I'm not sure I could stay on your dad's lap if you were giving me that look! You're pretty nice to just stink eye him instead of biting or growling.

Hi My Friend Tiffy,

Your look is priceless. I gave the exact same look when Gracie took over my Mom's lap. Just ask Aunt Christy, she took the picture. Hehee.

Have fun with Pug, please give him a hug for me.

Hugs,
Suki

Reina,
Four pugs live in my house and a maxwell terrier who thinks he is a pug. Major pug and pug wanna be juju sending your way. Be strong, you'll be fine.

Tiffy, Love your picture. I understand your dilemma, because my mom only has one lap and there are four of us pugs. If we squeeze we can get three pugs on her at a time, but it's not very comfortable. Pout, pout.

Phoebe, Kizzy, Dutchy and Olita. Oh and Max the wanna be

Tiffy, you are giving Puglet some serious stink eye. Did he ever move from your mom's lap?
