BROMANTIC

Do I look not-hot to you?
Hello Internet! It's me, Frank. Pug's blonde lady said I could tell you some things about our weekend. Dutch said I should tell you about my bromance but I don't know what that means so I'm going to tell you about hiking instead.

We hiked. It was hot and I wanted to die. Pug and Dutch didn't think it was hot at all but they were wrong. I don't like nature but lying on the dirty ground is better than hiking. Anything is better than hiking. Humping is *much* better than hiking.

FRANK'S HUMP TIP: Humping when you're hot just makes you hotter! Try holding paws instead. Not as much fun as humping but better than panting to death.

Humping and hiking and paw holding all day long makes you very tired. Even Pug was tired. We were both too tired to fight over the ottoman so we shared.

The end.

Bye!

Frank

Hi Frank
I agree with the hiking on a hot day assessment. Too much of a good thing.

Hi Frank and Pug! First, thank you Pug! I think I got rescued partly because my new human reads your blog everyday and it made her really want a pug of her own.

Second, I was hoping maybe you could share some advice with my new human. She cannot find a good pug harness to save her life. We've tried so many different ones, but none of the proportions are right. I know I'm not the only pug in SF, so surely there's someone around here who sells a good harness right? I'm now wearing a big dog harness (I'll admit that I've plumped up a bit in my new home, but it's okay because I was really really hungry before and the vet says I only need to slim down a tad to be at my ideal weight). Anyway, the big dog harness adjusts to fit me, but it has thick straps and big hardware that I just don't need. I'd love to hear any tips you have! Thanks Pug!

Stella - you might try a Buddy Belt harness, available online (or probably in a boutique pet store in SF). One of our pugs doesn't like anything that goes over his head, so Puppia harnesses aren't okay with him and my Frenchie has a really big chest so Buddy Belts work great on her. I use Puppias for everyone else, and they are great!

Stella -
My human buys me the brand that petco carries, in a size large. She takes me to petco and we try on harnesses and have a fashion show.
