SISSY

Ok. So I guess two days of Africa hot isn't really that huge a deal. Unless you live in a place that hardly ever gets hot. Or your name is Dutch.

Seriously. For a white dog with a full snout to pant with, Dutch is a complete wuss when it comes to heat. More than a wuss. A sissy!

Since Dutch isn't supposed to do long hikes (and my human wanted to buy a liver or something) we tried to walk in Africa heat to the Whole Foods on the other side of the hill. I was all excited because Whole Foods has those little packets of peanut butter and anytime my human parks us outside a food place, she always brings us an eatable.

Casa de Puglet to PB: less than a mile
Google says it's only 0.8 miles from our house (A) to peanut butter (B). Even if you do have to climb the biggest hill on earth to get from A and B, it's still not far. Unless it's hot. Your name is Dutch. And you're a sissy.

No joke. We were about halfway to peanut butter when the big spotted sissy decided it was too hot to take another step.... and cockroached in the middle of the sidewalk like he was dying or something.

ME: Dude!
DUTCH: Hot.
ME: Seriously. We're almost there. Get up.
DUTCH: Hottttttttt.

Arrgh! No way was I going to let a spotted sissy get between me and peanut butter.

ME: Come on. Don't you want to lick some Justin?
DUTCH: Justin?
ME: Yes. Justin.

Justin!
Ok, so maybe Dutch might have thought I meant I was talking about some other Justin. But it got us to Whole Foods. And I got me some peanut butter.

* * *

The doctor sucked more blood out of my human this morning but I don't think they are ever going to decide what's wrong with her or how to fix it. Seems like for good day there are a few bad ones. It's totally lame and reeeeeeally starting to get annoying.

So last night me & Dutch made a list of everything in the world we could think of that might make her feel better. Of course me (and I guess Dutch) were #1 on the list, but for #2 we put being here. Every day. With all of you.

Life's just better for everyone when that happens.

Don't you think?

Puglet,
It has been hot here in the Bay. But go easy on Dutch. Remember, he just got rid of his belly zipper. It takes some time to get back to normal after having a belly zippler.

I agree Puglet - that a day is soooo much better with a daily dose of Puglet. I have to say on HOT days like we had I side with Dutch. Hot is too much even if the end of the walk means foodables.

She is deaf so when our human tells her to shut up (and she does ALL THE TIME even though she it DEAF) she doesn't hear her....we do so we shut up but we weren't barking in the first place.......

Agreed, so much better with a Puglet update every day! Mom even leaves the computer on so I can hop up and check for new posts while she's at work! ;)

We really hope something gets figured out before they suck out all the blood your human has!

We are finally mailing Dutch's special gift this week. We hope he likes it :)

OMP that photo of you and Dutch waiting for "Justin" is AMAZING! Your eyes are practically bulging out of your heads! Trust me, I'd be the same way. I need to find out where there is a Whole Foods by my house so I can secretly direct me dad there when we're on our next walk. I WANT ME SOME JUSTIN!

-Love,
Sid.

Dutch, you made me laugh so hard! Did Frank teach you that cockroach maneuver? I seem to remember him doing the same thing on a hike =D
Love always, Bruno & Diesel's mom ♥♥♥

Ahhh, Puglet you are too sweet. You and Dutch and Miss Amanda make our life so much better. Also, at our house peanut butter fixes a lot too.

You guys get our mom thru work daily. Cockroach? Never heard it called that, but it's cool. Poor Dutch..but he'll feel better everyday. I think we're going to have Africa heat here too. We are all thankful for our air conditioning so we don't look like throw rugs laying around the house panting. Take care of Miss Amanda! Buford T: Katie is deaf and does the same barking routine. Our mom tells her to shut up too. Why do they do that to a deaf dog?

Puglet,
Our lives are way better when we're together with you and Dutch and your Mom. We love you guys!!!
We're sorry about the long walk, we are still laying on the bathroom floor panting, but we didn't get any peanut butter to eat. Although we did get sweet potato sticks.

Puglet!

Make your human convince mine that I need some Justin's too! Epecially after she went into the city on Tuesday and did not bring me! Last time she promised me that I would get to come the next time she took Canon to your city and she left me at Grandma's. I mean my Grandhumans are the cat's meow, but I always want to go to San Francisco.

So I lived in Phoenix, AZ when I was a pup. Thank heavens that she decided it was time to move back to Cali. THAT is Africa hot Puglet and my black fur and I do not miss it one bit!

I'm so glad that you are back with your human and Dutch - even if he is a Beiber Beleiber.

Much love and healing to you three! My human is playing catch up this week, so my comment is late. She forgets that I am the ruler of her thumbs!
