TOO MUCH CUTENESS!

As you know, one of my New Year's revolutions is to help needy pugs. It's been 2010 for an entire week already and if these revolution things don't stick for pugs the way they don't stick for humans, I might not have much time left.

Luckily, we got an email yesterday from Southern Nevada Pug Rescue. Good news! They are helping me help pugs by having a cuteness contest. Ok, the contest is really for pugs in need and has nothing to do with me. But by voting in the contest, I can keep my revolution AND make a difference in the life of a pug. It's a total win-win.

I'm pretty sure I can make my revolutions last the whole year, but just in case I don't make it past January, I cast a whole bunch of votes in the contest. If you
can donate a few $ to help puggies, or just want to see some serious cuteness, check out the contest on Southern Nevada Pug Rescue's website.

That is way too much cuteness for one page! I think all those puggies deserve a vote or two from me!
Today's my big weigh-in at the vet to see how my diet is working- I think I may be wasting away... maybe she'll let me have a treat or two!

Yay Spencer!

And Lola -- I know! Way too much cuteness. And if you click on the pug heads at the bottom of the contest page, there are even MORE pages of cuteness! Good luck at the weigh-in. I'm still a tube.

Hi Puglet! You have plenty of time left in the year to help the puggies. Chill out and relax. You must pace yourself or you will be burned out by Valentine's Day.

I'm heading over to check out the contest right now. I asked Mom if I could use some of my treat money to vote for some pugs and she said yes. The pugs need the money more than I need treats.

Yay for SNRP! My Mommy and Daddy donate my extra treat $ to SNRP to help Puggies who aren't as lucky as me. Mommy even signed up to be a foster for them. You ROCK Puglet!!! Pug Hugs, Las Vegas Lola

Puglet, I like Stubby and Lola's idea about putting aside a portion of treat money for other dogs. We're all battling the bulge and expanding waistelines, so why not stay trim and healthy by eating less and giving more? A portion of my birthday and Christmas money has always been donated for me (sometimes to fellow pooches as far away as Greece and Lebanon). But what about my biscuit jar always full of stuff I can't really eat? I'm joining the Cookies for Needy Canines Revolution.
P.S. I need to go vote now while our exchange rate is still good and my cookie money goes farther!

I'm so happy you blogged about this contest! It's a great way to raise money to help pugs who need permanent homes. I'm Kabuki Pug, and Southern Nevada Pug Rescue made it possible for me to live a pampered life, with my pug brother Kai, and our human, who loves us! Thanks for helping to get the word out. P.S. I'm on page 5, vote for me!!! *wags*

Thanks everyone for being so cool and generous with your cookie money!!

I'm going to see if my human will make us some "Cookies for Needy Canines Revolution" propaganda. I don't know what propaganda is, but Google says all good revolutions need it.
