Many thanks to you and everyone here at DP for the birthday wishes!
No cookies for me. Note to all dogs (& cats): don't go to the vet before your birthday and then get told you're fat. Not a good thing...
BUT we've come up with an excellent compromise instead of my regular food today, I get to have baked salmon with acorn squash & green beans. And for dessert, blueberries served just the way I like: handfed one by one, like candies.

Since it is my birfday Thumbs is letting me write stuff. First, thanks to everyone for the birfday happys. Second, no cookies yet but I think foodz time is coming soon and I did get some cat foodz for my birfday (well, I don't know if it was an actual birfday present but I ate it anyway). What I do know is we are going to play with ballz in the park now! If you are on a diet, maybe you can get your Thumbs to play ballz with you for my birfday!

Great idea for the dieters! Get the humans to do something fun for DP birthday celebrations; like some extra time in the park to chase squirrels or ducks or sea gulls (my personal favorite). Or how about extra belly rubs and ear scratching?
