GLOOM. ON CRACK!

I know I'm never here on Saturday. But the weather is supergross and I'm trapped inside. It's raining so hard, Dutch won't even go outside to pee. My human keeps threatening to leave us home alone because apparently I'm starting to drive her nuts.

Anyone out there still want our weather??

SO broken!!

We are so bummed and do't know what to do with ourselves. We never go to PugSun anymore or anyplace for that matter. Whenever a\our human has free time from school it rains. If we don't get some sort of social outlet soon, it could get pugscary around here. We're just hoping for some nice weather next week so we can have some fun before our human goes back to school. Plus we miss our friends.
We hope Dutch gets to pee outside soon and your human abandons any thoughts of abandoning you two really soon. Good luck. Hang in there.

Hi Pug! It's raining here in Chicago, too. It didn't start out raining, but then a severe thunderboomer came through. I think Mother Nature needs an attitude adjustment!

I checked the 14 day weather trend for SF. Yes, your weekend is going to be crappy BUT from Tuesday onwards, it's suppose to be sun, sun and more sun!!

How we survive being held hostage by endless pouring rain: Pinot Grigio, good books, really bad tv (those Housewives From Everywhere are crazy!) and some long lasting chewables to keep me occupied.

Hang in there Puglet!

Hi Puglet,

I live right across the bay from you so I feel your pain. My human says I am driving her crazy and the bad weather is making me crabby. I really wish summer would get here!

Happy Saturday! Hey, we're under the yellow-orange on your map!! Not only are we stuck inside, but the humans make us go out in the rain to do our business!! I don't like water of any kind!! I'm just bummed that PugSun is gonna be rained out. PROS was gonna do a fund-raising fashion show and Mochi and I were gonna model our sweaters. AND I'm dyin' to see my friends again!! *hrmph*

I like that pic of you and Dutch. He's got a look in his eyes that means business. Oh, and I meant to say that I really liked the picture of you, Pug, yesterday. Your eyes are so handsome...such a pretty color of brown/topaz. Anyway, I'm so sorry the weather isn't getting any better. But at least you're not fooled every time you look out the window. I keep thinking it's going to be so nice to hang out in the back yard, but when I step outside, I get hit with a wall of heat. Not cool! Most of us feel your pain, one way or another.
Love,
Payton

Do you guys have any indoor dog park near by?
Since I am a couch, I don't mind not going out at all - as Minnesota pugs, we don't go for walks for months during winter. We are used to be stuck inside. Go out with your human and a bottle of shampoo. Doggie salon service in your own back yard ~ Happy Sunday!

Sorry, guys, then I won't tell you about our gorgeous weather and the adventures we had yesterday!

Hang on, the sun will come out.

Puglet! Its super hot in Chicago like 90 and we dont have cold air like other people do in their house! Help us!!! Were dying! Our mom says we have months to go of this hotness! No fun!

We've got couch glum (as opposed to crack glum) here in Vermont today.

Our humans say they'd still rather be living in San Francisco, though, regardless of the weather.

In Santa Cruz county (Aptos) it rained so hard...about 2" in the day/night! Buster kept Tawnie and I warm as we snuggled on the couch with our human. She wasn't going anywhere either! We did get to go out and do out "thing" on the covered deck...maybe your human should put out an umbrella on your patio or deck...and you could have a dry patch to 'do your thing'?
The sun was out for a few minutes here this morning, but now, early afternoon, it looks like it will rain again :( We want to go to the park and run....maybe Monday? Good luck to you too for sunshine in the SF !Bay

Hi Puglet and Dutch,
Sorry to see you are sopping wet where you live. We can imagine your paws wet and smooshy.. yuck!

You can come to visit in San Antonio, we haven't had rain in months and there is no sight of a drop of rain for weeks and weeks.

We have Stage 2 water restrictions, something about not watering grass and washing cars. Whatever just as long as the baby pool is filled we're happy.

Being locked inside sucks..like Dutch when (rarely) its raining we don't like to pee outside either, mom covers us witn an umbrella...talk about being spoiled.

PS, Emmitt got his invite to Pug Nationals in Rhode Island, but he can't go...he HATES flying.

Hi Puglet, nice to read you on weekend, but so sorry it isn't something more funny. It won't make you feel any better but Polish pugs are also trapped inside. It's around 90 and we stayed the whole weekend at home :( Tomorrow there will be even more then 90, so another day without proper walks :( Fredzik is as sad as you are. Pug hugs (very hot hugs) Gosia and Fredzio, Zuzia and Pucia

The wet stuff has not come down yet today, our human is outside pulling weeds. Too cloudy, looks like more is coming, we are in the yellow as well. Missed the pug runs yesterday in Sacramento, they still happened, but we were not about to get wet. At least we went for a walk this morning, looking doubtful for the dog park this afternoon...sigh. At least we get to read you

Yes! Please send us some of your rain. It was 102.9° this afternoon and dry as a bone (but not as tasty). We're tired of burning our paws on the hot sand.

Omd, I never check the DP on weekends but was pleasantly surprised to see a Saturday post. In Delaware it's been pleasant all weekend in the 70s and breezy. We have SF weather. Maybe the world shifted with the last earthquake.
Hope you dry out soon and can get back to adventuring.

In Oklahoma the weather is broken. Oklahoma is melting. I don't think there is a place on the planet that has perfect weather. I could take your cool electric blanket weather but not the gloom. I don't do well with gloom. Hang in there.
Maybe you should chase the evil red dot?? That's always fun isn't it?? Maybe at this point your human is thinking there's nothing that can make being trapped inside fun...not even the laser pointer thingy.
